HDLSim · Términos de uso
Al crear una cuenta o usar HDLSim en Android, iPhone o la web aceptas estos términos. Si compraste Pro en el App Store, también aplica el EULA estándar de Apple.
Licencia
HDLSim te otorga una licencia personal, intransferible, no exclusiva y revocable para instalar y usar la app con fines educativos y profesionales. La licencia termina si incumples estos términos.
Uso aceptable
- No intentes descompilar, desensamblar, extraer el código ni eludir los límites de la app o sus medidas contra abuso.
- No uses la app para actividades ilícitas ni para atacar, sobrecargar o interferir con el servicio.
- No compartas tu cuenta para evadir el pago de Pro.
Planes y precios
El plan Gratis incluye el catálogo de prácticas gratuitas y el armado de placas de hasta 7 componentes; los límites vigentes se muestran en la app. El plan Pro (mensual o anual) quita esos límites.
En la web, Pro cuesta 2 USD al mes o 20 USD al año, más los impuestos que correspondan a tu ubicación (en México, IVA del 16 %). La página de pago de Stripe puede mostrar el importe convertido a tu moneda local con su tipo de cambio. En Google Play y en el App Store rigen los precios que muestra cada tienda.
Pagos, renovación y cancelación
Las suscripciones Pro se pagan con Google Play en Android, con el App Store en iPhone y con Stripe en la web. En compras web, la página de pago desglosa el precio base, los impuestos y el total antes de que confirmes el pago.
La suscripción se renueva sola al final de cada periodo hasta que la canceles; conservas Pro hasta el fin del periodo pagado. Cancela una suscripción web en la app, en Cuenta Pro > Administrar suscripción; una de Google Play o del App Store, en esa tienda.
Reembolsos
En la web, los reembolsos los gestiona HDLSim: escribe a hdlsim24@gmail.com desde el correo de tu cuenta. En Google Play y el App Store aplican las políticas de reembolso de cada tienda.
Cuenta y eliminación
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y sus datos en cualquier momento desde la app (menú de tu perfil > Eliminar cuenta) o en esta página. Eliminar la cuenta cancela de inmediato una suscripción web de Stripe, sin reembolso automático del periodo restante; una suscripción de Google Play o del App Store no se cancela así y debes cancelarla en esa tienda. Qué se borra y qué se conserva está en la política de privacidad.
Propiedad intelectual
HDLSim y sus contenidos son propiedad de HDLSim. Tus proyectos y diseños son tuyos.
Garantía y responsabilidad
HDLSim es una herramienta educativa que se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías. En la medida que la ley permite, la responsabilidad de HDLSim se limita a lo que pagaste por Pro en los 12 meses anteriores.

By creating an account or using HDLSim on Android, iPhone or the web you accept these terms. If you bought Pro on the App Store, Apple's standard EULA also applies.
License
HDLSim grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app for educational and professional purposes. The license ends if you breach these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not decompile, disassemble, extract the code or bypass the app's limits or abuse protections.
- Do not use the app for unlawful activity or to attack, overload or interfere with the service.
- Do not share your account to avoid paying for Pro.
Plans and prices
The Free plan includes the free practice catalog and building boards of up to 7 components; the current limits are shown in the app. The Pro plan (monthly or annual) removes those limits.
On the web, Pro costs 2 USD per month or 20 USD per year, plus the taxes that apply to your location (in Mexico, 16% VAT). Stripe's payment page may show the amount converted to your local currency at its exchange rate. On Google Play and the App Store, the prices shown by each store apply.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
Pro subscriptions are paid through Google Play on Android, the App Store on iPhone and Stripe on the web. For web purchases, the payment page itemizes the base price, the taxes and the total before you confirm payment.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Cancel a web subscription in the app under Pro account > Manage subscription; cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription in that store.
Refunds
On the web, HDLSim handles refunds: write to hdlsim24@gmail.com from your account's email address. On Google Play and the App Store, each store's refund policy applies.
Account and deletion
You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app (profile menu > Delete account) or on this page. Deleting the account immediately cancels a Stripe web subscription, with no automatic refund for the remaining period; a Google Play or App Store subscription is not cancelled this way and must be cancelled in that store. What is removed and what is kept is in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
HDLSim and its contents belong to HDLSim. Your projects and designs are yours.
Warranty and liability
HDLSim is an educational tool provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, HDLSim's liability is limited to what you paid for Pro in the previous 12 months.
